Description of the flag

The BND (Blocul Naţional Democrat = National Democratic Bloc) is a party founded in 2004 from within the trade union movement. Allied in the 2004 elections with the right-wing PRM it has no parliamentary representation. The party symbol is described as follows [http://www.piedone.ro/articol.php?s=25&ss=40&a=343]:
"Semnul permanent al BLOCULUI NATIONAL DEMOCRAT consta într-o piramida, sectionata pe patru nivele, amplasata într-un cerc. La baza piramidei sunt amplasate initialele partidului, respectiv: B.N.D."
(my translation: The permanent symbol of the National Democratic Bloc consists of a pyramid, sectioned into four levels, placed in a circle. At the base of the pyramid the initials of the party, namely B.N.D., are placed.)
The flag is yellow with the party symbol in the center [http://www.piedone.ro/image.php?id=127].
